This chair lift is fantastic. It looked like it would be hard to put together but it was simple and worked right out of the box. I love that it can handle the weight of any of my family members. I think this is a great device to have just in case of an emergency. The lift is slow so it is not scary. The suction cups keep it securely in place. I’m very happy with it.
This shower/bath chair is amazing for anyone that takes care of someone with limited mobility. I have a family member that has a hard time getting around and needs help bathing, but it is a challenge to get them into the bathtub into a comfortable and safe position. This makes it so simple The chair raises and lowers using a rechargeable hand held remote, so there is no need to plug the chair itself in. There is also an included sliding chair cover that makes it easier to get into and out of the chair without having to do a lot of maneuvering. I can lift the chair level to the top of the tub, slide them in, and it gradually lowers into the tub for an easy bath. The chair back automatically goes back as the chair goes down to get into an effective and safe position. It even comes with a belt to keep from falling or sliding out which adds another level of safety to prevent injury or accidents The bottom of the chair has suction cups that stay put on the bottom of the tub, so you don't have to worry about it sliding around. It fits perfectly into my bathtub, and gets high enough to be level with the side It is also really easy to assemble. I was expecting it to take some time to put together, but it comes assembled, and all that is required is clipping the chair back onto the base, and it is good to go. The power comes through the remote which charges separately and attaches to a cord on the back of the chair. It is waterproof, of course, because it is designed to be used in the bathtub Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone providing home care to someone, or for anyone that has a hard time getting in and out of the bathtub. It holds up to 300 pounds, so it is suitable for most people
